Hello pals. :) As you know, I went on a trip today with my sister (reminder, she's a tutor) and her students. There were 47 of us including 4 teachers (including me) HAHA yes I became teacher for a day. And it feels kinda good? I don't know. It's like ... HAHA let's start from the moment I woke up. I woke up, thinking to myself, what if I can't control myself and scold them? What if they don't like me? What if I can't take care of them? What if, what if and what if. I kept thinking about, how should I talk to them? How to be close to them? How to make them like me? How to start a conversation? How to this and how to that.
I feel like .. I always can't really get along with kids. Like primary kids. I just can't. I don't know why. I can't really get along with babies too. I mean ... I can't go 'OH SO CUTE ANG GU GU' I can't do that. I think I can only like, pinch their cheeks, which I know kids hate most (cos I hated it when I was small!) HAHA! Seriously, Sinyen knows best. She's good with the kids but I'm not.
As usual, I was the last one to reach my sister's tuition centre located somewhere in Bukit Tinggi/ Bayu Tinggi whatever it is. It's in the Tinggi part. And then her students started clapping once I got in, cos I'm the last. Something like 'OH FINALLY, she's here' I was like ... 'damn, so many kids! HOW?!' I knew we're going by bus but I really didn't expect so many kids you know. I was shocked and goes like HA HA HA. I didn't know how to react. And so, I had to stick stickers on my group members first. I'm the teacher of Group C and what can I say. Everyone in Group C was just wonderful. :') Touched. And they got the best group award! WOOOO! Like teacher like student. HAHA! Okay just kidding. Back to story, I really was panicking. 'WOW, how do I stick that on her/his shirt?!' HAHA and finally I did it. The kids weren't smiling to me at first and that's kinda sad. :( They didn't even know what's my name in the bus. SO SAD!
This girl is Vicky. And she loves me most. I can feel. HAHA she's super petite, standard 2 and I love her. ♥
Okay, then, we reached Petrosains. When we were queueing up, I warmed up a lil. Asked how old everything. And laughed at every joke of theirs. HAHA they were so cute and it's kinda hard not to laugh actually. And I begin to feel comfortable with them! :)
This is Le Le. Well, we call her that. Super mini size and super cute too! She's a brave lil girl. Don't judge her by her size. ;) ♥
And so, everyone started calling me LAO SHI. :D
Yeah! Eight of them were in Group C, my group. One guy, seven girls. HAHA. They're around 8 years old to 12 years old. Only one 12 years old. :)
AND we got closer. And closer. And CLOSER. And I even carried the small ones to see some magnified tiger statue. ♥
I regretted so much that I didn't bring my camera! :( I so wanna capture their faces and actions. All these pictures were taken using my phone. Sorry for the low quality pictures. :/
I got so close to them, that they started holding my hands. AND OH BOY, that felt good. I never thought we would go that far. HAHA :D I didn't take picture of everyone. It's in Missy Lim's (kindergarten teacher) and my sis' camera. So yeah, I took only a few. I was busy enjoying their expressions and all. HAHA
Some stupid molecule game.
If you remember, this is my NIECE NO2. She's standard 1 now and she's currently studying in a government school. She has SUPERRRRRRRR LONG HAIR and now it's short. SHE'S sad about it at first but she got over it. HAHA. I can feel her pain. </3
The Au Kangs ♥ Super cute boys! But kinda naughty at times. HAHA but still super cute. Au is their sir name, Kang is the middle one and the last one I can't remember. I called them Au Kang only. HAHA the right one is older than the left one. Left one standard 1, aiyooor, like damn cute la I don't know how to say!
If you can spot a boy's hand on the right, showing that peace sign? HE IS SUPER CUTE BUT SUPER NAUGHTY! HAHAHA here's just some of the boys. Not complete. :)
We went Petrosains then KFC for lunch then The Gardens to paint batik. HAHA, I only took some of their faces and went to the bookstore (Borders) after that. HAHA! Wth I know.
Know why I purposely solo-kan this one? Cos he's the naughtiest boy throughout the trip. YEAH! HAHA :D Standard 5.
They were watching CJ7 cartoon version on the way back. Super kanchiong man they all. I can hear WAAAA, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, YOOOOOR! tho I was sleeping like don't know what. It sure was a tiring trip. But I learnt a lot from it. :) I didn't know I kinda, sorta, have a lil incy bit of budak-nature too. :)
Oh and there's this teacher in Group A (who's my sister's assistant now) named Miss Ong. I actually went Petrosains with her when I was around 8 or 9years old. We're both sixteen this year. ♥
And of course, special thanks to my sis for letting me join her TRIP! SO LONG! :D
